Jane is an artist and former owner of The Bingley Gallery, living and working in Bingley, West Yorkshire, she still remains closely involved with the Gallery.<\/p>\n

Having trained initially as a teacher, Jane later studied art, including Textile Design, at Bradford & Ilkley Community College. She left teaching in 1999 to concentrate on painting.<\/p>\n

She works in a wide range of media and subjects, but it best known\u00a0 for her ‘Janescapes’, brightly coloured watercolours that capture her local surroundings, with an eye to the quirky.<\/p>\n

The Bingley Gallery continues to be the main outlet of Jane’s work, with a large variety of originals and prints on display in ‘Jane’s Room’ . Prints may also be ordered for Jane’s earlier works that have not reached their edition limits. These can be supplied unmounted (suitable for shipping, rolled), with a card mount, or framed by Rob Fielder using a moulding of your choice.<\/p>\n
