Getting here
By Car
The gallery is situated 200m from the Park Road / Main Road junction if you’re coming through central Bingley. If approaching on the A650 bypass use the Eldwick junction.
There is limited parking on Park Road itself and the unadopted road around the gallery is very uneven. The best choice for parking is generally Charles St., 50 m to the North which has plenty of 2 hour parking during week days and unlimited parking outside these times.
By Rail
Bingley station is 2-300m by foot. Trains serve Leeds and Bradford (Foster Square) to the Southeast and Skipton to northwest.
By Bus
Bingley is well-connected by buses from Leeds, Bradford, Keighley and Skipton.
On Foot / bicycle
From saltaire the canal towpath offers a very pleasant 2 mile route with a good surface in all weather. Various slightly longer walking alternatives take you through Saltaire’s Roberts Park, Hirst Woods (inspiration for many of David’s tree views) and along the River Aire.
By Boat
The gallery is close to the Leeds Liverpool Canal and more permanent mooring can be found within 500m of the gallery. There’s a handy snicket on the east side of Three-Rise Locks.
