Gordon Clifford Barlow (1930-2005)
Born in Bradford but later moved to Ilkley where he was turored by Herbert Royale. Barlow worked as a signwriter and decorator until his art proved sufficiently successful to turn professional. Exhibited widely, including Paris and London.
